Shipping Policy

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted in your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. You will also get an estimate of your shipping cost based on the items purchased.

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing days and delivery days are different.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

We ship to all US territories.Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

Shipping times may vary during high-volume order periods.
If your order has not shipped after five business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:

  • We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
  • Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.
  • Item(s) or materials in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
  •  Shipping address outside of the continental United States
